That means my photo station will be offline for a number of days and generally productivity will come to a relative stand still until I'm settled. That said, I'm so excited for the other side of this relocation as I will be (1) sharing an apartment with my amazing girlfriend and (2) finally have my own OFFICE!
Currently, most of my worldly possessions, clothes, a bed and three (3) separate photo stations are crammed into a 10'x12' shoebox of a room and I cannot wait to spread.thefuck.out. No more moving external drives around to scan film; sending files to a separate library if I want to print or tripping over piles of crap as I try to manage 25-30k photos a year. HUZZAAHH!!
I think I will end my last post from The PhotoDen with a few frames I grabbed at a Technician's show the other night. These guys were one of the first bands I ever photographed and it seems like we have all progressed considerably since then. They are getting ready to drop a new album and I'm hacking my way through the jungle of live music and street photography. Good times, good times. Make sure to give their stuff a listen: http://techniciansdc.com and I'll be back online in a few days. I have some interesting events lined up for the summer with some seriously kick ass people.
